Cornerstone Technical Consulting is seeking highly motivated individuals to join it’s recruiting team. Cornerstone is a small owner-run staffing firm based in Austin, TX experiencing rapid growth. Junior Recruiter

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people from diverse ethnic and professional backgrounds.
  • Self-assuredness and confidence when meeting and networking with new people
  • Proven track record of accomplishment and success
  • Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Self-management skills and an intuitive ability understand and employ new concepts
  • U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Create a database of highly specialized candidates within the high-tech arena through various methods (i.e. emailing, cold calling, networking, job boards, internal databases, etc.)
  • Screening and qualifying candidates per detailed job requirements and representing them to clients.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and walking them through the hiring process
  • Preparing all post hire documentation including background checks, drug screens, etc.

Compensation:

  • Junior recruiters are paid base salary commission and attractive bonus structure
